Paradix apartments are rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday. However, arrival and departure dates are open to discussion for the period between November and March. Included in the price is the thorough cleaning of your apartment, both before your arrival and after your departure. Your stay in Paradix can therefore remain a pleasure until the last minute. With a booking of two or more weeks, your apartment will be cleaned each week, after consultation with you, on either Friday or Saturday. At the same time all your towels will be renewed and your bed(s) freshly made. Towels and bed linen are naturally included in the weekly rate, as are electricity, water, TV and, when necessary, heating. Internet connection is available at €10 per week. From the middle of September to the middle of June, we offer a 10% rebate on bookings of more than two weeks, from the third week onwards.

Requests for additional information and bookings can be made by telephone or by email. Mode of payment: following receipt of your reservation we will send you our booking form (with sundry useful information) which we would ask you to return to us completed and signed. This provisionally reserves the chosen apartment for the period you have indicated, and you will receive from us a reservation confirmation and a detailed map. The booking becomes definite and binding from the moment you transfer to us 50% of the total cost of the booking. The payment of the second half is then due four weeks before the beginning of your holiday in Paradix. Should your booking be at short notice, we would ask you to make a single payment, corresponding to the total amount. Contrary to current practice we make no demand for the payment of a damages deposit on arrival. However, we would be most grateful if - at the latest before your departure - you would draw our attention to any damage which may have occurred.

We recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance policy.
